BEWARE OF THEIR HIDDEN SERVICE CHARGES!! This restaurant charges you extra service charge without proper notice. They charge extra 15% on your total food price as service charge. This is way higher than the tax we pay to eat there.
Went to have lunch. Lady in the front said go and sit down. I was sitting down for 10 to 15 min and no server came. Crazy. If they don’t want to do dinning, just tell me in the front. They seems to be busy with take out and don’t care about dinning clients.
Food was very good and tasty! Spicy, mouth-watering hot and delicious. The Madras coffee was a really nice touch. Dining experience was a bit disappointing...one server who brought our meals piecemeal.....so we did not have the right accompaniments to our hoppers. But we still enjoyed the food. Crab curry was awesome!
i take take-out so i dont know how dine in is, but i know one thing. If you are a vegetarian, DO NOT go to this restaurant. I ordered vegetarian rolls and found mutton inside it.
THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC PERFECT HEAT AND VERY DELICIOUS VEGETARIAN CURRIES,I LOVE IT, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS NOT OILY, THEY USE VEGETABLE OIL NOT GEE LIKE MOST OTHER RESTAUANTS GOOD SERVICE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HOPPER HUT.
Quick service... and the food to match !! Really hits the palate !!
Service at this restaurant is terrible. Wait staff is slow to respond and serve and customers at one table get their food at different times. Take out is much better, dining experience is beyond terrible.

Be prepared for some serious spice at this authentic Sri Lankan restaurant in Scarborough. Traditional South Asian curries, lampries and rotis are seasoned with cardamom, clove and turmeric, and served with starchy South Asian hoppers on the side designed to soak up savoury sauces.
