John diagnosed the problem with my side by side Fridge over the phone within 2 minutes . He then ordered the OEM part I needed to repair the fridge and said if it was not the problem then he would return the part to the supplier. Anyways it was the part I required and 2 days later the part came in and he installed it within 1 hour and the fridge is now up and running , great service and would highly recommend his company . A happy customer and well satisfied.
John is very knowledgeable about how the whole system works and, being in the country, water systems are a bit more complicated. John took the time to review cleaning the washer and how to manage hard water in appliances. Super friendly service.

John was honest, transparent and timely with his service. As a landlord, getting things on done is paramount. Not only did he show up during his stipulated times, he was willing to work around my tenants schedule to do so. Following his inspection of our broken appliance, he was quick to provide me with a detailed description of what was wrong, how he would be able to fix it and how soon. He exceeded all expectations.
