Come enjoy a delightful dish at King's Express Chinese Food. They are open late all week. You can get there by public transit. They are in a peaceful location acknowledged for its grassy spaces. You can have your meal simply delivered at home.
I called an asked if they were still doing delivery, they said yes. I placed my order and the lady on the other line insisted I give my credit card info which was strange. After ordering the food never came. I kept calling back to ask about my order but all she said was that the delivery had been started and it would be a few minutes. Not only will I never order from there again, I will be reporting them to the police.
Their customer service was horrible I used to order from them all the time their food Is good and cheap but this time they made a mistake and when I called them back asking them to switch it out they would not and didn't seem to care. The woman on the phone then hung up on me. I would never tell anyone to order from here and I'm going to tell my friends all about this experience I'm so disappointed with their customer service
We usually get take out from there every other week and have been for years. On our last order we had a little problem and the owners didn't care. I think that a restaurant should take care of it's regular customers and if something out of the ordinary happens, like in this case, make it up to them, not tell them to go away. I've warned all of my friends and no longer refer anyone to their restaurant. What happened to customer service?
