Great product, Great price.

We are so grateful to Special Occasions for making our wedding a success! We had an outdoor reception with 80 people. Special Occasions rescued us after our initial party tent fell through -- and gave us a much better price. The tent, harvest tables, and cross-back chairs were beautiful. Ron was really responsive and willing to accommodate all our needs and solve any problems we encountered along the way. Throughout a stressful process, we had someone we could rely on. Thank you again!

Horrible customer service, rude employee

Called and asked about pricing and tent sizes reccommended for 100 guests and was rudely cut when she said they are not taking any inquires about weddings until fall. When I said I need to know what size tent we would need to figure out budget she again rudely told me she can't answer any questions as she's not in charge of weddings. Asked who I can talk to then and she said "I TOLD YOU we are not taking inquiries about anything until fall. Horrible customer service, went with another company.

Called to find out availability for rentals and once availability was confirmed I checked with my wife to make sure everything was in order. When I called back within an hour I got a man who seemed to be the owner who told me he was going to pass on the order, after I told him I had talked to a lady earlier who said everything was available and said it was no problem he still wouldn't do the order. This company went back on their word within an hours time... They are untrustworthy and lied to us
