We go to a bank branch to get the things done which we can’t do online. Extremely bad experience with this branch in 2 instances – both time they told me to make an appointment for a simple thing. Both time I drove to a different branch in Markham / Toronto branch and got it done immediately. Not sure if this branch needs some training on how to handle the clients from 21st century. Very disappointed – would not recommend this branch to if you need anything done in a timely manner!
