why must the tim hortons in tavistock always be so cold inside that you need to have a coat on to be warm?

Almost think they don't want people staying in the store too long
customer service is horible every time I go into that store there are 6 or 7 people working but yet you stand in line for 10 minutes just to get a coffee..
The service at this location was terrible and the state of the store was disgraceful. We were there October 11/14 at 1:30pm. Will not be returning and passing this on to friends that frequent this location. Would appreciate a response to this review.
