I don't recommend...

I don't recommend Frank for monthly maintenance. He doesn't come on time and does a poor job at weed control-simply weed whacks them. He was here for only about 15-20 minutes each time and charged 250 per month. My gardens are full of weeds at that price. Always has an excuse why he wasn't here or why something wasn't done. It's a shame, he's a likable man but not honest enough....
