Feb 10, -25C outside! Our Highlander failed to start after washing in the car wash business next to Caspian. The staff pushed me out and left outside in -25C weather to sort it :-( I noticed Caspian next door and walked over to see if they could help with a boost. They helped right away and I was running in 3 minutes. Impressed, I pulled in and purchased a new battery on the spot. They had it installed in 10 minutes. Had a nice chat with the owner. Clean shop with a great owner.

Feb 8. This morning hit -25 C... -41 with wind chill. Our Honda Civic wouldn’t start ...boosted car and it ran, but wouldn’t start again. Dead battery. Phoned Caspian Auto...no wait time on phone...talked to a person after 2nd ring. (Called other places; no help for a week). Owner sent technician to start car and bring it to the shop. New battery was installed along with a battery maintainer cable. Advised how to look after battery. Prompt, friendly and competent! Can’t ask for more! ?
