Absolutely terrible. Brought my truck to get an interior cleaning, the owner said he would also "hand wash". This was a brand new truck with a mirror finish on the paint. When I came to get my truck it looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty sandy rag that left swirls all in my paint. The seats were even worse they had soap residue on them. I now have to take my truck to a real detailing shop to get this all corrected.
