Came on a friday and there were 150 people packed in here , they have 10 processing stations but only 3 open and one person handing out tickets for people to be called is. This is a government instituion, yet not enough employee’s to deal with volume. My younger brother had to wait 4.5 to write the G1 knowledge test which is ridiculous. Employee’s are understandably frustrated due to rhe massive volume they can not handle and are treating customers with frustration and anger. FIX THIS
