Europe Bound

Seriously, this place has mostly rude staff, ESPECIALLY the owner. I order a Swiss Army knife twice at this location as they never called, went back after three months wondering what came of my order, and they had no record of me ordering it even though it was entered in a store log. Ordered it again and still heard nothing--that was four years ago. No wonder they are closing locations (Front and Queen locations both closed).

Buyer Beware!

You deserve much better than the service offered here. The prices are higher, the staff is clueless, and the owner is rude beyond belief, acting like talking to customers is completely beneath him and clearly only concerned with the bottom line. I can't imagine why anyone would want to give money to a business owned by someone who obviously treats his customers with such contempt. Try any other store in the neighborhood, they offer better selection, better prices and much, much better staff!

Decent selection ...

Decent selection of gear, but the entire experience is ruined by employee Mike. After paying for an $800 Canada Goose jacket (as soon as the transaction was completed) he said "don't get that wet, or if you do just dump it in the garbage. Next time buy a Nobis or a Moose Knuckle." He said many more rude, unhelpful and confrontational things. Avoid.
