Long story short (after a span of several weeks): Two of my PREVIOUSLY WHITE tops came back with HOT PINK STAINS. They offered to rework on the stain (that they had put on) and it still came back stained. The second time around they did not offer an apology, solution, or reimbursement and told me, "The only thing I can do is let you take this home."
I am waiting to hear back from their Plant but really doubting the service will be any better.
I just recently got married and I took my wedding dress to them - the only place in the city I trust with my precious pieces. They took such amazing care with my dress and packed it in a way that I know it will be safe forever. To all the brides out there -
Amazing quality of work! You will never have to worry about the cleaning. They took out spots other cleaners were not able to. Prices are quite high though. If money is an object give them a call first and ask how much the item you'd like to clean will cost.
