Brian and family have been nothing short of exceptional to me and customers I've recommended to the store. This is my second new toy I've bought from them. First was a ATV and the second was a UTV, traded the first one back in and got a more then fair price with no hassles whatsoever. Bought an ATV here about a year ago. Super smooth transaction and great guidance making my decision to pick up an attic cat 700xt limited. Got out on an unfamiliar trail today and got into some trouble. I called performance atv and Brian walked me through everything step by step. I could tell he actually cared about my situation and what's more remembered who I was even a year after purchase. Please if you want to make a purchase or need a repair don't hesitate to spend your money here.

Worst experience....

Worst experience...I will never shop here again. I was in need of an air filter for my quad in a hurry. I called around and couldn't find one. Performance ATV said they could order the part and have it the next day. I agreed. A few hours later I received a call from a local shop who had the part I needed. I called back and cancelled the order. The rep said I couldn't cancel the order and I would have to come in and buy it. I said no. The clerk hung up on me rudely. A minute later I got a call back from a man who said he was the manager and said his name was Brian. I assumed it was to apologize...it was not. Brian berated me verbally called me names and swore throughout...things I can't write on this forum. I own two quads and this company will never see my business again.
