Swim Zone

Poor. Not able to get refund or get anyone on the phone 2 plus months...

My 2 year old daughter fell into the pool when the instructor turned her back on her during a semi-private lesson. The supervisors that day acknowledged the error,so we decided to try a class again. However,the REAL issue was when the director of Swim Zone told the instructors my daughter was not allowed to return, but did not notify myself or my partner. When I called to discuss she would not return my phone calls or emails. This avoidance was not professional & not kind. I would not recommend.

Fabulous teachers are worth a little extra...

We were recommended to swim zone by a friend. My daughter has been taking lessons there for about a year. In our experience, we have found the coaches to be extremely patient and energetic. The lessons are a bit more expensive than some other programs in the area however the extra attention is worth it! We have seen huge progress!!
