I told the manager that I wanted a specific brand of bra that I had bought elsewhere before, which she refused to find for me. Instead, she picked out another bra and put me in that. The bra fit fine, but it wasn't what I was looking for, and when I asked for my preferred brand again she refused a second time to find it. She kept trying to talk me into more expensive things. They will always try to con you into something more expensive. Don't shop here. Two visits, two awful experiences.
I absolutely LOVE this store - the staff is friendly and knowledgeable . They are very patient and will try several different styles till they the right fit and style for you. I buy my bras, bathing suits, and my pajamas - especially the bamboo ones - they are the best! My daughter says they are like sleeping on a cloud.
The owner is rude rude rude... no wonder the place is always empty when I go and it's a new employee every time. Unfortunately there's not many options for the good bra brands in Windsor but I just found one online in the east end I will check it out. Never going back to this place regardless, I'll travel to London or Burlington to get great service.
My customers have brought this comment to my attention, they are very concerned for us. I cannot believe you are referring to my store, I pride myself in customer service and offer selections from all over world. Yes, we have new staff, but I staff the store with four fitters each and every day, so there is always fresh faces in here. I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience and I would love to make it better for you. Please, please contact me when you are in this area again, it really bothers me that you are upset with us. We never get bad reviews and this really concerns me.
