Received a notice stating the parcel would be at an access point for pick up. I called to ask when would be a good time to do that. Was told that was a mistake, that they will attempt to deliver it 2 more times (I will be at work hence missing it) before it is sent back to sender and I must make special arrangements and pay $6 to pick it up myself and that it won't be dropped off there for 2 more days. Was treated rudely on the phone, escalating what was already an unpleasant situation.
