Our drivers and guides are mature responsible Islanders who have experience in driving tour vehicles and in guiding and managing tours. Being Islanders for several generations they have the knowledge necessary to excel in providing the Prince Edward Island experience. Rusty Rover Tours is operated by Irwin and Joan Judson who have years of experience in the hospitality industry and are native Islanders.

Irwin has fifteen years experience in tour operations in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, having worked as a tour guide, driver guide and on-board tour manager. He is fully qualified and holds the professional designation "Tourism Certified Professional (TCP)" as well as a Master’s Degree. He is experienced in driving passenger vehicles from mini-vans to double-deckers and 55 passenger highway coaches. Joan has worked as a tour guide and has operated a bed and breakfast for many years. She has a lifetime of experience as an elementary school teacher, retail manager and a teacher of quilting and crafts.
