Dispatcher (Clifford) understood our needs and sent the perfect plumber (Graeme) for the project. Graeme delicately drilled holes through our quartz countertop stone in order to install new faucet. No damage whatsoever. Asked me where I would like the soap dispenser hole to be drilled. Timely, professional, and cleanup after work. Pleasant experience. Answered all questions. Patient.

James is a very knowledgeable plumber who explained his work and explained how the system functions. He cleared 2 drains and repaired a broken fixture in another sink. He installed 2 new faucets as well.

Ne s est pas présenté les deux fois où j avais RDV avec eux, n a jamais averti du retard, ni de la maladie de leur plombier (excuse qu ils m ont donné après que je les ai rappelé) et leur seule solution c était de reprendre RDV une 3eme journée!!!!
Je recommande vivement cette compagnie tres bon travail tres propre et minutieux !
Le plombier était Francais il était tres gentil et très poli . Nous a donné de bons conseils sur notre plomberie .

5000$ damage because the guy who looked pissed to be there did not fix the toilet properly...i will never call them again. Over the years the service has declined significantly
Excellents plombiers. Règlent des problèmes que d'autres plombiers sont incapables de régler. Malheureusement, à mon grand regret, on ne peut pas du tout compter sur eux. C'est la troisième fois que je les ai attendus, attendus, mais personne n'est venu. Je rappelle, on me dit qu'on va me rappeler dans 10 minutes. Vingt minutes plus tard, je rappelle. Même chose, etc., etc. Toujours la même histoire. Aucun respect pour le client! Ils ont trop de clients et ne pensent pas à refuser.
I called in for a gas pipe shut down service for renovations. The fix would have taken an hour. Tops, and had some re-routing for plumbing in my unit for the future... it would have been a good contract for them. I spoke to a rep. Said he would be there between specific hours. I confirmed with him. The day of the work, they sent me a message to confirm... and then .......
THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! NOT ONE CALL!!! NOT A MESSAGE OR ANYTHING TO LET ME KNOW NOT TO WAIT FOR HOURS FOR NOTHING.
They must take a lot of jobs and cant deliver. Having more unsatisfied customers than satisfied for sure...
Our washing machine was causing small floods in our laundry room because the water kept backing up from the drain pipe. A drain specialist we hired said the problem was fixed but it wasn't.
I then called Abe Cohen Plumbing who upon arrival explained why the problem kept occurring and within 45 minutes had reconfigured the drainage for the machine fixing the problem once and for all.
We ended up paying close to what the drain specialist charged. And Abe Cohen Plumbing fixed the problem. The other company didn't.
Knew they were in business for a long time, so when we had a toilet issue, we called them with great hopes of a speedy fix. They failed to turn up when they said they would, then when they did they did not have any parts in stock. They returned a second day, and 'fixed' the issue and stated all work was guaranteed. When we called them back for the ongoing issues, they refused to return claiming they would need to charge their time. Needless to say, I would not recommend them as they do not do their work properly or even want to rectify their shoddy work. Another plumber came, fixed the issue in under 10 mins.
