i wish that I could use 0 stars. I contacted them to inquire about an accessory for my sewing machine. They were utterly unhelpful and told me that since I had purchased my sewing machine ‘’on internet’’, I could very well ‘’call internet’’ to ask my questions and buy my accessories. The gentleman was rude. I will never buy anything from them or use their services. People like that are the reason why we buy on internet. No one is rude to us, on internet…
