Been trying to reach them for the last 2 weeks. Calling them often, at different times. Never got a hold of anyone. The screenshot just shows a small section of my call history trying to reach them. I've been referred to them by a family member which vouches for their service, but so far I can't even get anyone to talk to me about the repairs I need done
