Since February 2010 , Diffusion Saguenay is recognized as the premier organization for dissemination of performing arts in the territory of the city of Saguenay . Over the past three years, several important steps have been taken including the achievement of the organization and recognition of major broadcaster by the Ministry of Culture and Communications.
