J’ai fait faire un “tune up” sur mon moteur de bateau et je n’ai pas attendu longtemps pour recevoir un appel me disant que c’était prêt! Mes collègues au travail m’ont recommandé cette entreprise, car ils sont très satisfaits du personnel compétant. De plus, on peu faire remplir nos réservoirs de propane pour un très bon prix. Je recommande cette entreprise à tous sans hésitation!
Recently purchased a snowblower and dealt with Duane. He was very professional and knowlegeable. His advice on different brands and models was very useful in my decision. The delivery person, Lucien, was also a great individual. He adjusted my blower to the driveway surface on site and took the time to explain all different features of the blower. No doubt a competent repair place, but customer service often not very friendly at phone and sometimes at desk. For that reason, I cannot do better than a four stars and would be tempted by a three and a half. I am somewhere between the two previous reviewers.
I had the complete opposite experience as the person reviewing before me. The sales team were very helpful in helping me making a decision on the model of snowblower I purchased and were very pleasant to deal with. The gentleman that delivered the unit to my house was so nice, he took the time to explain me how to operate the machine, how to maintain it during the winter and how to maintain it at the end of the season. Very happy with this business.
The customer service with this place is HORRIBLE! Do not call this place. If you really need to do business with this place, show up in person and only speak to Duane, the manager. Over the phone, you will feel rushed or they will make you feel like you're a burden. I give them 2 stars because of Duane and they actually fixed my snowblower. Now I will be shopping around for another small engine repair shop. Never going there again.
