Art Service Dessin Graphique & Imprimerie

First time here; no other customers in the shop. Person who served me printed out my 3pg colour jpg LTR-size documents as fit-to-page. When I explained that I needed the docs to be printed as-is, this person refused to reprint them and lectured me that I should have mentioned it before "if it was so important" to me, that fit-to-page was the default, and that I should have saved them as PDFs as that would have been printed as-is. Sorry, I worked at a print shop for yrs and that was some petty BS
