François Sauro's talent as a professional singer and dancer had him performing in hundreds of shows as part of a dance troop. But with a child on the way, Francois wanted to secure a future for his family.
After taking a position in retail, Francois' quick career change came to a halt at age 27 when he was diagnosed with cancer. "While I was in recovery, I spent a lot of time thinking about what I really wanted to do with my future," he says. "I loved training and wanted to make it my focus." As soon as he was back on his feet he did just that. In April of 2010, Fetch Human Capital was born and in its first year, François was already offering the firm’s services to such giants as Banque Nationale and TD Canada Trust.
