    Un super endroit pour trouver des ustensiles de cuisine de qualité, allant des mortiers de Koen de Winter jusqu'au fameux Silpat pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. De bons livres peuvent aussi y être trouvés, dont, entre autres, l'indispensable "Dean & Deluca Cookbook". Un complément à leur émission...à moins que ce ne soit leur émission qui soit un bon complément? Je suis fan de toute façon!
