Takara welcomes you to their restaurant. They are open nightly from Monday to Saturday. Payments by MasterCard, American Express, Interac and Visa are recognized.
While Takara’s décor won’t wow you (looks kinda tacky 80s style) and they don’t have the most creative sushi rolls, you can count on them to serve solid favorites every time. Lunch time is buzzing and you will get a great deal from their bento boxes, which include both sushi rolls and other cooked foods. The butterfly roll and the spicy tuna are our favorites.
The great thing about this restaurant is that for once, the chef is Japanese. The food at Takara is very authentic, and therefore it's normal that it doesn't have as much choices as you see in some restaurants.
One thing I have to note is that their sashimi is extremely fresh, and that's one more reason to eat at Takara again!!
this restaurant never lowers its standard. their sushi is always fresh, tasty and very well presented. it is good value for money if you wnat to pay a little extra.
