unfriendly --dont care---seemingly incompetant---not sure why so many people pretend to be employees---rely on continued foot pain

I ordered a knee brace 5 weeks ago and was told that it would be ready in 2 wks. It is now 5 wks and still no brace. I have been calling and they have no reason for the delay. I was told this morning by the manager that if I was not satisfied to go elsewhere! Very poor customer service.
