If I could give zero starts to this place, I would. The place is grimy, outdated and dirty. The computer system barely worked and the the alleys also didn't function. For instance, after we tossed a ball, the system did not register that the turn had passed and multiple bowls had to be throw for a turn to be over making the game frustrating. Une entreprise à éviter!

La réservation que j'ai fait était pour la fête de mon garçon:Non seulement les équipements fonctionnent tout croche( tableaux électroniques mal sychronisés. L'on doit constament faire un reset après chaque lancé). Un service à la clientèle inexistant. Lorsque j'ai demandé un remboursement pour la session de quilles, on me répond que si je ne suis pas content, j'aurais dû faire la fête à la maison. Je demande une facture officielle avec numéro d'entreprise et on me refuse. On me donne seulement un reçu fait à la main avec l'estampe de la place. Une entreprise à éviter absolument!
