    Mauvaises communications à l interne, dossier tout mélangé, erreur dans la livraison (2x), erreur dans l installation (pas la faute des installateurs). Plus jamais.

    I do not recommen...

    I do not recommend. The owner lacks professionalism and is very rude and aggressive. The job did not go as planned due to a mistake from the owner, to which he admitted and apologized for, however an apology does not magically fix the problem. The owner wanted to remove the parts they had already installed and leave us with holes and damages to our floor. Very unprofessional and not what I was expecting. He also insulted my husband and later apologized. Avoid and save yourself the headache.
