If you want to rent your place AVOID THE AGENT FROM THIS OFFICE OR ILE PEROT. They do not do any background check, employment check, regie de logement check or last landlord off the tenant. Not part of the policy. i learned too late. And then learned other place like sutton those are just standard regular routine check up when they look into a tenant for you.
