SLOW, OUT OF ITEMS, POOR MANNERS. Last year, they mixed up my drive thru order, I saw it when I was on the highway. THIS TIME: yes, its Covid, BUT: they allow 3 people inside the store. This is a BIG Starbucks. Their spots/lines on the floor indicate room for at least 5.
WORSE: the employee came out and directed the two of us to STAND OUTSIDE THE STORE, NOT even in between the 2 sets of doors. She wasnt afraid of getting close to our masked faces, to open that door and tell us to get out.
