The guys who’s answering the phone should be fired already he calls people names and then doesn’t send a cab he’s just lucky he can only talk like that to me on the phone

On 3 separate occasions the cab either showed up late or didn't show up at all. This recent cab failed to pick up the correct person, with that being me. I didn't get my ride until 55 minutes after the call was made, after a subsequent 2 follow up calls wondering where my cab was.
