The individuals that work here decide the price you pay, they will charge you extra for absolutely nothing. They also seem to think you won’t catch on when they’re speaking about you in another language although it it quite obvious. Poor service and bad attitudes.
Horrible service. Horrible customer service. I was glaired at when I questioned what I was paying for because I was charged for the wrong thing and over charged 20.00!!! I am very upset would not recommend
Terrible!! We were the first ones there in the morning. We tried to book an appointment. But they wouldn't take it. When we got there we were the only ones , and asked for a manicure and pedicure. it started to fill up with only 2 girls. The sat everyone who came. Then they stopped working on me and continued with my daughter while they started on someone else. Three more employees came in. And again ignored the people who arrived first , they held us hostage being only part done. When they finished my daughter, I got up and went to pay, not even being finished. I explained to the owner. They only wanted to work on the customers who would pay the most, and ignore the order of arrival. She loudly disputed this in public at the till ( I was very quiet with my concern). And pointed out the we were the first to arrive, and others who just came were leaving before us. Terrible terrible service, embarrassing and time consuming. Go anywhere else!!!!!
