I have had nothing but problems with this place since we moved in. Started right at the beginning when our place wasn't ready to move in the day we were supposed to. When we did move in we noticed instead of washing the walls they painted over the dirt marks we saw the day before so there is paint patches throughout the suite. They still had to put a patio door on, finish installing the a/c and replace the bathroom sink. Those were done over the next 2 weeks, but not once did we get notice they would be entering our suite. Theres problems with water pressure and temperature. The shower will all of a sudden start alternating from scalding hot to freezing which they have refused to look at. And then there are the pests. When we moved in we found mouse droppings in multiple cupboards and few times after til we bought a plug in pest controller. Now i just found bed bugs in our suite, and have heard this is not the first time they have been in the building over the past year. I do not recommend renting an apartment here. It may look attractive because of the discounted damage deposit, but you will have far less problems by saving up a little more for a different place
