Darlene's Auto

I had an appointment here and when I arrived from out of town was told that he cancelled my appointment because he couldn't get the part.When I asked why he didn't call me he got ignorant and said that it was my fault because I should have known the part wasn't made. I said he still should have called me instead of letting me pack up my child and drive in from out of town to which he said "I'm really busy, lady." Never been treated so rudely and made to feel so stupid for some else's mistake.
