In the summertime Satay Brothers (our photo) maintains a stall at the Atwater Market, and in the wintertime the establishment opens its kitchen on Notre-Dame Street. The two brothers, Mat and Alex – born of a Singaporean mother and a Polish father – cook several Southeast Asian specialties such as delicious satay sandwiches, pork or tofu buns, and green papaya salads.
