Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

After having a terrible experience at Purba Vision, I came to LensCrafters in hopes I could find a specific frame that was recently discontinued. They were able to have the frames ready by the next day and the service was as terrific. The gentleman who helped me was kind and thorough, he even called me to let me know the glasses were ready at the time they had specified. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!!! My girlfriend and I were so surprised with the overt and subtle detail the renovations had accomplished, from the bathroom vanity, to the laminate to the open concept floor-plan! Manny has been an amazing point of contact, and helped us through the entire process, and once we were approved, he's been a source of information as the renovations are nearing completion. Kudos!

I've even found glasses at other eye stores, brought the code to Specs Appeal, and they've been more than willing to do a special order for me. I've chosen to buy from Specs Appeal, as 1) they have GREAT pricing, 2) really friendly and helpful staff, 3) can use more than one prescription in their deal of 3 glasses for $200 (helping out the whole family). Brand names, great prices.
