I was shopping at your store on Sunday December 13th and would like to share this positive story of a cashier with you. I cashed out at 1025am in checkout #1, (slip #22600) the cashier was very courteous as they always are there. I took my groceries to my vehicle to load, I had alot so between 5-8 min had passed. Then my cashier came running out with my turnip that had got caught up in the conveyor belt. Great work ethics and she went beyond what was required, -3 and no coat too, thanks.

It was a very busy day, two days before Christmas. I had several bags of food and somehow after the items were scanned, I was missing a store bag with some items and a bag of apples. They either were put into someone else's cart by mistake or I forgot them in my rush to leave. When I realised this prior to preparing dinner, I rang the store to explain the situation.
