Dr Alsahli has been my endo specialist for 3 years. Your lucky to get into his practice as a patient, if you have diabetes. He is soft spoken, caring, patient, insightful, everything I thought a Doctor should be in patient care. 10/10 and I dont normally offer false praises. I just pray with our bad health care system in Ontario he doesnt leave Niagara. Even his loyal office staff are kind and profficient.

Went for hearing test and had every detail of the process explained carefully. Cathy provided me with a wealth of information to help me determine how to proceed after viewing the results. Opted for hearing aides and Cathy took a great deal of time to explain all of the possible options. Laura, the receptionist, was a treat to work with setting up follow up appointments. The new hearing aids were throughly explained to me and Cathy made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.

I cannot see her for a couple a months I guess because she is only in the office on Mondays. Aside from that I have no issues whatsoever with her! Dr. Song is a fantastic Doctor. Very busy tho, but when I had my accident I remember the emerg doc arguing with Dr. Song about how I needed my knee replaced and literally walked away from Song out of frustration, but Song was absolutely right that my knee could be saved and rebuilt and sure as heck he did exactly that in just over an hour. I found him funny especially when the gf and the nurse were picking on him lol. You can trust this doctor!
