This is a great old-fashioned personal small scale business where you get to talk to the owner and feel like you've made a trusted friend, though I'd never met him before. Ron came out and looked over my trailer as soon as I told him about the problems, called me the next day as soon as he did a thorough inspection, found and solved the problem in the most inexpensive way possible, and had the work done quickly and expertly. Went to Hair Trends to ask for help and Liz had time to do the Bride/MoH on the fly. Did amazing work at the last minute and honestly made the experience a joyful one. Really took the time to ramp up the excitement, encouraged us not to focus on the negative. End product was amazing! Liz and Christina both so helpful and did so well by us.
