It is good for what it is. Nothing fancy. Good family restaurant option at very reasonable prices. Your meal typically includes soup/salad and ice cream for dessert. The service was fairly good. I had their lunch size lasagna and it was fine. Very cheesy.
No washroom inside the restaurant but there is one just outside to the left as part of the mall's shared facilities. The restaurant was busy for Saturday lunch so expect to wait if no reservation.

Be aware there's always a waiting line for breakfast at Melissa's. That alone should tell you how good it is. The servers are great and can become overworked especailly in ski season as customers are rushing for breakfast to catch the next bus up to the ski hills. But we don't ski so our server could get a breath and not have to rush. The food is excellent and service is great. The only thing I'd like to see is senior protions of some of the larger breakfasts the Eggs benny come 1/2 portion but none of the other signiture breakfasts do. Well priced and excellent value. The Palisades has a varied menu, many Greek entries along with standard fare as well. Food was quickly prepared and service was good and attentive. Portions were generous.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and had a wonderful view of nearby mountains.
Overall, a good and well priced dining experience in an area where most places gouge their customers!

On Oct 1st,2017 my wife and I went to the Olive Garden Resturant on 36th St NE South. Upon arrival the hostess at the front desk where just two bubbling young ladies. They took us to our seats and then our waiter named Kaylin took our order. We have eaten out a lot in our lives. But the service and friendliness of Kaylin our waiter was fantastic The food was also some of the best I have had. I had the shrimp chicken, Carbonari it was to die for.
