Mama's Place is honestly the best pizza place anyone could look for. The service is amazing, with friendly waitresses, and a home-like feeling ambience. Not only the look of the place was amazing, but also the food.
I have to say that the pizza is the best you will ever taste, crust is not to thin, or thick. Soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. There is no dripping grease, lot's of cheese and everything taste fresh!
I haven't tried all of there food ofcourse, but I am positive that they are just as deliciouse as the Pizza. Just put it as simply amazing.
I would go there again, but sadly, I live hours away, just stopped in Almonte with my wife and one of our friends recommened Mama's Place, and we loved it!

Ok here's the deal..if you want the best pizza in the valley, not to say anything about the flawless donairs this is the place. It starts with the warming customer service you just don't experience anymore. If you get a chance to talk to Mo or his sons and his staff you will understand why I'm rambling. Kudos mo. The Cheshire Cat Pub is a unique British style pub just outside of Kanata. When you walk in past the red telepone booth, it feels really authentic with the unusual "kitch" that you would find in pubs in England. We were just there, and found that they had taken off most of there regular drafts to replace them with Ontario craft beers. My husband was sad to not have a pint of Erdinger, but we learned that they were doing this to honour Ontario Craft Brew Week and found ourselves trying The Flying Monkey and a pint of Neustad 10w30 (beers I had never heard of!) Good for them we thought! We also learned that most of the menu incorporates local produce, meat and dairy. Anyway, the food was amazing! Pub fare, but with serious style. I had the Chicken Curry, my husband had the hamburger special and our friends both had the fish and chips.
The service was friendly and laid back and the owner came up to introduce himself and made us feel like we had been coming for years. It was hopping busy! This is truly one of those places that we will return to time and time again! We can't believe we waited this long to come in!

For years my family of four and I have been ordering food from Lucky Dragon by delivery. We shave been BEYOND impressed by our delivery service, the delivery man is ALWAYS on time with a huge smile on his face and over all positive and happy vibe. After telling our delivery man that we've never been inside the physical location before he suggested that we go in and eat, so the following week we did. We were automatically seated by an Asian lady with bright red hair, she seemed nice and greeted us with small talk etc,. When we were ready to order we had to wait sevrel minutes even though we were the only table, the Lady(whom seems to be the owner) was to preoccupied with her phone. When she finally came over, we had a couple questions and she seemed annoyed to be answering them. After we got our food a couple more tables came in and it got louder and she turned up the music, I called her over to ask if she could turn this Spanish repetitive dance music down a bit considering my two kids were getting a bit cranky and she rolled her eyes and shot a mean glare to my TODDLERS and kept the music at the same level. Overall, the food was great but we're defiantly sticking to delivery ... Much better service away from the resteraunt

Nice touches on their meals. Portions are not over sized, which is good if you don't want to overeat! I've had veal parmigiane (sp?) and the salmon with some unique sauce. The vegetables have been spectacular both times and like I said before, the presentation is pleasing. The house wine (by the glass) is decently priced and quite good. It is a bit pricey though. I would only go back for a very special occasion with my husband. It is a very romantic atmosphere. I am looking forward to going again.

Had a wonderful lunch there on Monday with my out of town sister. We were hoping not to be rushed and we were not disappointed..
We were served promptly, service was attentive but not over done and he definitely let us have our time.
The food was amazing. The variety was extensive. Presentation was excellent.
I had the General Tao chicken with thai noodles and fresh veggies, peppers, snow peas & carrots I am told that is a promotional dish so I really hope they decide to keep it. I would go back just for that dish
My sister had a caesar wrap with request for crispy fries. It was real chicken, not pressed or processed and the fries were precisely to her liking
For 2 of us, the bill was $25. Good value for dollars spent.

Had lunch here once and swore it was the best sushi I'd ever had in Ottawa. Ate here a week later and it was good but not great. I admit though that I am a sushi novice. The fish tank was very entertaining to the two young in our party (both under 5 years old) . They were very considerate of the kids here, and accommodating, considering it is not an atmosphere I'd normally take kids to for dinner.

The food is fantastic! The cesear salad is so good, probably the best Ive ever had. The firecracker chicken wraps are to die for. After dinner we went outside for a smoke, and when we returned our table had been cleared so the waitress apologized, gave us a new table and new drinks.
