Pretty good!Frequent visitors. My fav is the cucumber cream cheese sandwiches, and the chicken breast. Not much a fan of their coffee, tea is great. Very very child friendly and accomodating. When we have guests we always go there for lunch as there is something platable for everyone and sweet desserts. Wonderful small business. The staff is sweet as their pies. What a treat we had in Port Perry after a couple of hours out on the water. The main dining room was full so we were shown a table in a private room which we had all to ourselves. Both the service and the food was excellent. The owner, Christie, was friendly and down to earth making us feel very welcome. A couple of us had food restrictions which were easily accommodated. The homemade ice cream was a exceptional way to end a delicious lunch. I’ll definitely go back! Read more

itake my mother and friends at least twice a year to her friends cottage near Perth. it is 2 hours from Niagara almost to the second, and it is at a perfect place to rest and enjoy their fare. Always delicious, and they have the BEST lemonde! One thing that most reviews on here have not mentioned about Port Perry Thai is that they have a great lunch menu! There's something like 10 different choices, each with hot & sour soup and spring roll, for $7.95! When I worked in Port Perry I used to go here at least once a week, the food is absolutely awesome. The one complaint I would have is that they play classical music, which in itself isn't so bad, but they keep the volume at the lowest possible level! Weird. Read more

Located several blocks south of the main downtown street, this house converted over to a country-decor eatery is a popular breakfast spot for locals! It can be crowded on weekends. Breakfast is plentiful with home fries & fresh fruit - well cooked,not greasey! Delicious eggs benedict! It has great dinners here too, providing free live weekend entertainment later in the summer evenings. (Easy listening/Western/Rock& Roll two person bands seem the norm...well suited to the casual dining atmosphere in this licensed restaurant!) This is our favourite place to dine on our way to cottage country in the summer! It has a friendly efficient staff. The food is cooked by the owner - chef with several skilled helpers. Their pride in their culinary arts shows with healthy creatively cooked meals. Some of their dinners are so large that they offer 1/2 orders - this choice in their great Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding Dinner was plenty for me! With good seating for small or large groups, this is definately a family restaurant serving all age groups. They serve breakfast early and go to mid afternoon, then close for an hour or so then open for dinner. Limited free parking behind the house and on the local street.
