Food is really good. Staff are friendly and service is fantastic. I was greeted at the door immediately and had a cold beer within 2 minutes. I ordered hot wings on my first visit and suicide wings on my second visit. The hot wings are not very hot so if you like hot, order the suicide.

st veronus still has wonderful tasty food. I especially love the stoemp. BUT they no longer have a lunch menu- which means having lunch here is now much more expensive than it used to be (ie. the stew used to be $11 for lunch, now its $18 off the generic menu). because of this- I likely will only come here for dinner now as Peterborough has lots of other reasonably priced lunch options.

We have visited many Italian reataurants throughout Ontario from Brockville to Niagara Falls, Oshawa to North Bay and Avanti's in Oshawa is number one. Not because we live here, because of the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness of this establishment. Their Fusilli in Bianco is our favorite. We have dined there many times before Oshawa Generals Hockey games and Shows at the newly renovated Regent Theatre. And we are so proud to mention Avanti's everywhere we go. They bring out the pride in Oshawa when it comes to dining out.

I held my husband’s 50th birthday party at Jesters on the upper floor and everything was handled perfectly. The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and the management was so helpful and accommodating for all of my dietary requests, they set up the decorations and everything went perfectly, it was a a fun, fantastic party. Our party of two ordered a 9oz steak and shrimp fajitas. Fajitas were fantastic but steak was quite tough though cooked to order - had much better quality steak, I am thinking..We both found the gravy to be very salty and lumpy, and the steamed veggies tasted odd. Server was very friendly, helpful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Will probably be back but would not order the steak again.

I brought my family to the Hyland this week and as always the food was excellent (and too much!) and the service was very friendly. Food is always delivered promptly, the restaurant is always clean, and overall, it is just a nice meal out with the family. I definitely recommend to any families visiting Port Perry. Us locals don't need convincing.

Even if you are not into sushi, it is worth a trip to Kakemono!
My boyfriend LOVES sushi and although I don't mind it, it is not my favourite meal in the world. However, I love Teriyaki and the Teriyaki dishes on Kakemono's all you can eat menu are wonderful. The prices are reasonable when compared to the price you may for most all-you-can-eat places and the food was great. We will be going back in the near future!

I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time.
