Definitely worth the trek, this place has great food, entertaining atmo and super models serving your table! Super busy so don't expect a table during the dinner rush, at least not without a wait. We ordered burgers, and were not at all disappointed! Not only is the bun perfectly crisp, but it has so much flavour with a bit of heat, unlike most burgers and fries where you only taste the grease.
You need the good food because you need an excuse to come here coz your wife/girlfriend/mum will suspect it is to bathe in blonde super models and the excuse is good

I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. This restaurant has become one of our favourite places to go in Burlington. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are so nice! From the moment you sit down they already have tea for you. One thing weve never figured out is that they give you 1 less menu than the amount of people in your group. But it all works out. The food is absolutely delicious and everything you need is at arms reach at your table. I highly reccommend the medium rare beef soup (101.). It may be one of the most delicious soups on earth..! They have hundreds of menu items to choose from too. I highly reccommend visiting this restaurant in the near future!

Delicious chicken wings and fries. Hey call them "world famous chicken wings". While that's obviously an exaggeration, I enjoyed the wings immensely. Some of the regulars are pretty gross but it keeps the place running. :P Just don't talk to them if it bothers you like it does me.

The Watermark is a welcome addition to a kind of tired Waterdown restaurant scene. Small town full of pubs selling the same old stuff.
First thing you notice is the booths. Like small caves! pretty cool. four of us sat in a booth that was roomy and private.
The servers were friendly and we we seated pretty quickly. I had heard that the Watermark was a little pricey so I was surprised to find that the food was priced very reasonably.
We shared a few apps. California Fusion Nachos, Sweet Heat Scallops and an order of South West Shrimp Flatbread. The Nachos are not your regular pile of chips with stuff on top. These were individual portions topped with some chicken, pinapple, and other stuff that tasted great. I always order the chefs special because I like to see what a chef can bring to the table (pun intended). The grilled salmon was awesome. charred perfectly and an amazing avocado salsa on top. My wife had the Sonoma Chicken and loved the flavors. I think that is what you notice the most about the Watermark. Some creative flavor combinations that are pretty cool and they work.

Very nice place, upscale, tons of TVs, attractive wait stuff if you're into that.... lol and overall a great place to watch the game with friends. It's a bit pricey and if you're underdressed you might feel out of place among the business crowd but I still highly recommend checking it out at least once.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and took a chance trying this restaurant for the first time. We were pleasantly suprised and absoloutely loved the experience. We ordered the Peppercorn Shrimp appetizer and the Roesti with Smolked Salmon. Delicious and plenty to share. We then ordered the Shrimp Pasta and the Hunter Schnitzel. The food is really outstanding!! best schnitzel I've ever had!! Super value. The service was extremely professional and very attentive and pleasant. At the end we ordered the Creme Brule and what an excellent finishing touch to a great meal. The ambiance in the restaurant is very inviting and romantic. I am so happy that we have found a new favourite restaurant that we love!!
