It's been years since I had been to an East Side's, as I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, quick, and the service was good. I went to this place not too long ago, i absolutely loved my poutine. But my burger was not what i was expecting. One of the staff saw i wasn't too happy with my order as i was leaving. This gentleman actually ran down the street in mid winter in a t-shirt to catch up with me , so he could refund me for my burger. I thought this was spectacular.
