These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device. Read more
