    I have been using this company several times a week for the past few years. The cabs are always clean, the drivers are friendly and if they can't pick me up they arrange for another cab company to get me. I once had a new driver to the company try to charge a different fee than the flat rate and it was dealt with professionally. I would and have recommended this company to family and friends.

    poor service

    i called this cab company and they said 15 minutes .. i had an appointment with my doctor and i waited for them around 35 mins... and they said 10 dollers anywhere in sherwood park... atlast when i got the cab .. they charged me 17 dollers within sherwood park ...

    Baseline Taxi management respectfully disagree as the date & time and the pick place are unknown therefore its unverifiable. Baseline Taxi has a large fleet and based right here in Sherwood park, under normal circumstance our response time is under 10 minutes. Our flat rate is generally $10.00 but when customers make stops along the way the fare go up. We will happily refund the amount & provide another free ride if the details are provided.
