Don't book here if your time is valuable to you! 2 hours before my appointment, which was before a long weekend, my appointment was cancelled. They have a cancellation policy in place to protect their employees but the same curiosity is not given to their clientele. I'm rating it a one but honestly I have no rating because I was not able to have my treatment.

The professional who was performing the service had an unexpected emergency to get to that particular day. I would give less...
I would give less then one star if i could. Unfortunately I have to agree with the last poster. This company use to be one of the best in town however after multiple buisness closures across town i find thier customer service lacking. Im not going to say its the girls in general as it may be a head office problem but after I use my last GC I will not be going back as I feel that my buisness is no longer valued after all these years and many dollars spent. You will find more value at other companies through Group On and less problems using a promo. A place to relax now is nothing but a cause of stress and anguish.
this company is ridiculous in so many different ways! would never recommend even to my worst enemy. some of the girls there are amazing depending on who you get, there are two newer girls from Ontario down here and having to deal with them was exhausting, they were very rude and would not let me get a word in as well as their attitude and tone of voice when the speak to clients and other staff , i asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge and they denied me this, they would not even give me a number to call. As well as people spend so much money and then locations keep closing down? i cannot run all over the city when 2 of my closest locations are no longer there and i have money that i NEED to use. so many problems with the company itself, let alone the staff.
I love this spa. They offer great a relaxing, clean and contemporary atmosphere, friendly and knowledgable staff, and AMAZING prices! Check out their website because you can get great deals on combination packages for laser hair removal. I did 6 treatments and was very satisfied with the results.
