Installed a hot water tank for us, after 0ne year the tank rusted at the bottom and Leaked. Need a Plumber replaced it, but charged us another $1400 saying it would be reimbursed to by the tank supplier. We waited 12 weeks (eta 6-8 weeks), no check, called 6 times, no return calls. I went to their office, a lady opened the door 1/2 way, promised me they would call me back that day. The next day,they call and said no one processed the warranty on their end, I am out $1400.00
Our taps leaked this morning so we called need a plumber to come out. Rick showed us the different taps they carry and explained the prices. We are happy with the company and Rick, and we will use them to change our downstairs taps in the summer.
A technician named Dylan came to our house because our basement had flooded while being away on vacation. Turns out our hot water tank leaked and made a huge mess. Dylan was able to asses the problem and give us options on how to fix it as quick as possible. Within a few hours he had replaced our tank and had everything cleaned up.
